Taylors

Taylors is a family-friendly community conveniently located in the heart of the Upstate region of South Carolina just a few miles northeast of Greenville. With beautiful natural surroundings and highly rated public schools, it is an ideal location for families with children. In the past, the region was home to Chick Springs Resort, which was among the earliest vacation spots in the area. Additionally, during the peak of the textile industry in the Greenville area, the Southern Bleachery and Print Works provided jobs to more than a thousand individuals. Currently, the Southern Bleachery Mill historic building has been converted into a vibrant commercial and residential space showcasing fun destinations such as the Blue Ox Hatchet House, Mad Smash Rage Room, and Pinky's Revenge arcade. A majority of Taylors residents own their homes adding to the sense of community in the area, and its convenient location close to downtown Greenville, Greer, and Wade Hampton make it a great place to live in the Upstate.
